Return / Refund Policy

  • Seller represents that all items offered for sale are brand new, first quality, unblemished, structurally and cosmetically sound, suitable for the intended application as stated in the item description and come with full Manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer's warranty claims cover the product itself and do not include freight cost.
  • If buyer initially receives a wrong or defective item we will gladly replace it with correct parts free of charge to buyer including shipping cost.
  • If received item is damaged, buyer is required to inform us within 3 days after received so we may submit an insurance claim with the carrier (damaged items will be replaced free of any charges including freight).
  • In case buyer order wrong item by mistake (including item that was not described to fit its stock or custom application or if item does not fit the buyer's application due to buyer's vehicle not be covered by our Limited Fitment Guarantee Policy) or if buyer just decides not to keep item for any reason including buyer's remorse, buyer is required to send back item to seller and cover the return shipping cost.
  • Returned item must arrive in the exact original condition as received (including any applicable accessories such as center caps, lug nuts, valve stems, sockets, TPMS sensors) and repackaged exactly in the same way as it was received including applicable packaging materials such as plastic bags, protective foam, cardboard and double boxes among other packaging materials).
  • After item is returned and inspected by seller and found to be in the original new and saleable condition, without any dings, dents, scuff marks and without missing parts or accessories, buyer will receive a partial cash refund via Paypal for the purchase price of the item excluding a 10% restocking fee 
    plus the return shipping cost. 
    (Wheels sold without tires can only be returned if tires had not be mounted on them and wheel and tire assemblies or tires by themselves can only be returned if not driven on and when still having the original manufacturer's label applied onto them).
  • Returned parts not fully meeting the conditions as referenced above will not qualify for any cash refund or replacement and will be made available for buyer's pickup within a period of 30 days after which unclaimed returned items will be discarded and no credit will be issued to buyer). 

(For the net cash refund to buyer, seller will deduct a 10% restocking fee plus the applicable return shipping cost using FedEx's published Ground shipping rates).
